The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is going to conduct the IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 for the recruitment of 49 vacancies for Assistant Manager posts in IRDAI. IRDAI Assistant Manager Apply Online

The candidates are required to pay an application fee as per their category while submitting the IRDAI Recruitment 2024. IRDAI Assistant Manager Education Qualification

The eligibility criteria for Assistant Manager posts have been released by IRDAI. Candidates are advised to go through the advertisement to ensure their eligibility for AM posts. The eligibility parameters in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows:

• Candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/EElectronics/Communications/Information Technology/CComputer Science/Software Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks (OR). The candidates must have completed their Master in Computers application with a minimum of 60% marks (OR). The candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computers or information technology with a minimum 60% marks.

IRDAI Assistant Manager Age Limit

The applicant must not be less than 21 years old and must not be more than 30 years old to be eligible to apply online for IRDAI Assistant Manager Vacancy 2024. The upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category. Candidates should have been born not earlier than 21.09.1994 and not later than 20.09.2003.

IRDAI Assistant Manager Selection Process

The selection of candidates for assistant manager posts will be based on the preliminary exam, descriptive examination, and interview.

The Phase 1 exam is qualifying in nature and will be conducted to shortlist eligible candidates for Phase II—Descriptive Examination.

The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the combined score obtained by the candidates in Phase II: Descriptive Examination and Interview.

IRDAI Assistant Manager Salary

The appointed candidate for Assistant Manager posts will be paid a basic salary of Rs. 44,500/- per month in the scale of Rs. 44,500-2500(4)-54,500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85,850-3300(1)-89,150 (17 years). Along with the monthly stipend, candidates will be offered other allowances, like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Qualification Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Grade Allowance, and other perquisites as approved from time to time, etc. At present, the starting monthly gross emoluments for an assistant manager are approximately Rs. 1,46,000/- per month.
