2. Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts)
- Qualification: 12th Pass with commerce background
- Subjects in Exam: General awareness, reasoning, and finance-related questions
- Age Limit: 18-28 years
- Pay Scale: ₹35,600+ per month
3. Junior Secretariat Assistant (Store & Purchase)
- Qualification: 12th Pass with basic knowledge of commerce & business administration
- Subjects in Exam: General awareness, commerce-related topics
- Age Limit: 18-28 years
- Pay Scale: ₹35,600+ per month
4. Junior Stenographer
- Qualification: Must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
- Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on a computer.

The selection process includes the following stages:
- Written Examination: Objective type test to assess General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language.
- Typing Test/Skill Test: To assess computer proficiency and typing speed.
