NHIDCL Recruitment
NHIDCL has instituted a Scheme for Young Professionals, Expert Professionals and Empanelment of Persons of Eminence to enable access to specialized and evolving expertise for infrastructure and operational requirements. Under this Scheme, a component titled the State Specific Graduate Scheme has been included, through which NHIDCL aims to promote and train local talent within the States/UTs where it operates, enabling them to contribute to infrastructure development and long-term capacity building in their respective State/UT.
Educational Qualification: To apply, candidates must be Indian citizens and fulfill the following core requirements:
- Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline from IITs, NITs or other institutions ranked within the top 100 in the Engineering category of NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation, or the preceding year in case the candidate is completing graduation
- Experience: 0-2 years after essential educational qualification
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 30 years. Relaxations are provided as per Government of India rules:

NHIDCL Recruitment Selection Process
The selection is purely merit-based, focused on technical proficiency demonstrated through national-level testing.
- The engagement shall be at 1 (one) level — Associate.
- The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis.
- Associates shall have the legal status of an independent consultant vis-à-vis NHIDCL, and shall not be regarded as a staff member, official, or employee of NHIDCL.
- Associates will be engaged for a fixed period of 2 (two) years, extendable by 1 (one) year at a time, up to a maximum tenure of 3 (three) years, subject to the decision of the Consultants’ Review Committee (CRC).
