Territorial Army Recruitment Qualification
Through the Territorial Army 39 Gorkha Rifles Recruitment Rally 2026, the 137 CETF Battalion (TA) has provided a great opportunity for Ex-Servicemen (pension holders) and Ex-women employees of forest and environment departments to rejoin service in a unique ecological role. The selection process will comprise physical tests, a proficiency test, a medical exam, and an interview.
- Soldier (General Duty): Class 10th Matric Pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject
- Soldier (Clerk): 10+2 Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject
- Tradesmen (Except House/Mess Keeper): Class 10th Pass with 33% in each subject
- Soldier (House Keeper & Mess Keeper): Class 8th Pass with 33% in each subject

Candidates must be between 18 to 42 years of age as on date of recruitment. The age is calculated based on the date mentioned in official documents.

Territorial Army Selection Process
The Territorial Army Selection Process includes multiple stages for all candidates who successfully report at the recruitment venue. The process evaluates candidates on physical fitness, medical standards, written knowledge, and trade skills where applicable.

How To Apply Territorial Army Recruitment
Candidates applying for the Territorial Army Recruitment 2026 must report directly to the recruitment venue. A valid domicile certificate and all educational certificates are mandatory. Applicants are required to carry all original documents along with two attested photocopies and twenty passport size photographs.
