Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry/Biotechnology/Fisheries/Botany/Zoology/Physiology/Veterinary Science/Biochemistry. Two (02) years experience in the respective field.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in Bengali or Kokborok. For assessment of desirable knowledge
- Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura – PRTC would be required while applying for jobs to the post of Agriculture Officer by Direct Recruitment.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on 7-01-2026. Upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC/ PwDs(PH) / Government Employee candidates.
Provided that Govt. Employees belonging to ST/SC/ PH category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 (five) years available
to them.
Pay Scale: Pay Scale of Level-14 of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- Per Month. Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/-
