Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III):
- Qualification: Full-time Graduation from a recognized University. Mandatory IIBF Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, with 3 years specifically in Trade Finance/Forex.
Marketing Officer (Scale I)
- Qualification: Full-time Graduation and a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience, including 1 year in the marketing domain (BFSI sector preferred).
CBI Bank Officer Recruitment Age Limit
- Foreign Exchange Officer: 25 to 35 years
- Marketing Officer: 22 to 30 years
- Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other categories as per Govt. rules.

CBI Bank Officer Recruitment Selection Process
The selection is based on an online examination and a personal interview.
- Online Examination: A 60-minute objective test consisting of 100 questions (70 Stream-specific and 30 on Banking/General Awareness). There is no negative marking.
- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online exam will be called for a 100-mark personal interview.
- Final Merit: The final merit list will be prepared based on a combined score with a weightage of 70% for the online exam and 30% for the interview.
