NHIDCL Recruitment Qualification
1. Hill Road Experts
- Minimum: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Master in Geotechnical Engineering.
2. Deputy Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent and must have cleared Civil Services Mains – written examination 2024 and should have appeared for the Personality Test (Interview).
3. General Manager (HR & Admn)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.
- Experience: 13 years of overall experience with at least 3 years’ experience in Administration
4. General Manager (Fin. & Accounts)
- Qualification: CA/CMA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent/member of any organized group-A/ group-B F&A service of government.
- Experience: 13 years of overall experience with at least 6 years’ experience in financial accounting or Budgeting or Internal Auditor Contract Management or Fund Management.
5. Dy. General Manager (HR & Admn)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute/member of any organized group-A/group-B service of government.
