AIIMS Recruitment Qualification
Candidates applying for the AIIMS Recruitment 2026 must ensure that they fulfil the required eligibility criteria in terms of their AIIMS age limit , qualification, experience, etc.
Candidates can qualify through one of two pathways. The first pathway requires a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, or B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognized institution, along with registration as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
The second pathway is for GNM Diploma holders. Candidates must hold a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized institution, be registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council, and have at least two years of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital. This experience must be acquired after completing the course residency, declaration of result, and registration with the Nursing Council.
