The selection process for SBI Trade Finance Officer Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Based on qualification, suitability, experience etc. Mere fulfilling minimum eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting. Shortlisting parameters decided by Bank committee.
- Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks to be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on interview scores only. In case of tie, ranking by age in descending order.
- Medical Examination: Appointment subject to being declared medically fit as per Bank’s requirements.
SBI Officer Recruitment Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I) or Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) depending on experience.
- Basic Pay: ₹36,000 – ₹63,840 (JMGS-I) or ₹48,170 – ₹78,230 (MMGS-II)
- In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
- Allowances: DA, HRA, CCA, Travel allowance, medical benefits, leave travel concession, pension, and gratuity.
