To apply for the aforementioned post, the applicant must have Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC). This is in pursuance of GA (P&T) Department Notification dated, 07.07.2023.
Forest Tripura Recruitment Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of 1st May 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the reserved categories as given below.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: Up to 10-15 years (depending on category)
Forest Tripura Recruitment Selection Process
The recruitment process will comprise of two successive stages, viz.
Stage 1: Written Examination (85% Weightage)
- The recruitment will be conducted through a written test carrying 85% marks
- The exam will be objective (MCQ based)
- Subjects include:

- Science
- Mathematics
- English
Only candidates who secure the required cut-off marks in the written exam will be shortlisted for the next stage.
Stage 2: Interview (15% Weightage)
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview/Viva Voce

Stage 3: Physical Test (Qualifying Nature)

Stage 4: Medical Examination
