- Technician Grade – I (Signal): B.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation or B.Sc in Combination of any sub stream of basic stream of Physics / Electronics / CS / IT / Instrumentation OR Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
- Technician Grade – III: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.

- Maximum Age : 33 Years (Technician Gr-III)
- Maximum Age : 36 Years (Technician Gr-I Signal)
