TRBT Teacher Recruitment Education Qualification
Special Educator
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education).
- Post-Graduation with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed.- M.Ed.
Desirable Qualification: Having knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
- Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) would be required while applying for jobs by direct recruitment under the State Government, Corporations, Boards, PSUs etc.
NB: Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH category.
TRBT Teacher Recruitment Age Limit
- 18 to 40 years as on 10.02.2025. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government Servant provided that government employees belonging to SC/ST/PH category will not get relaxation over and above general relaxation of 5 years available to them.
- Upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Serviceman (ESM) as per norms.

- Special Educator: Rs. 20,475/-(revised) fixed per month being 75 % of basic pay (Level-9) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018, Group-C (Non Gazetted).
