TPSC FSO Recruitment Details
Candidates must possess any one of the following degrees from a recognized university:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) Degree
A degree in any one of the following disciplines is mandatory:
- Food Technology
- Dairy Technology
- Biotechnology etc.
- Others:
- PRTC required.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
Age Limit For Food Safety Officer
- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 30 Years
- TPSC provides age relaxation for the FSO position as per their regulations.

The duration of the written examination will be 2 hours. The recruitment process will comprise of two successive stages, viz.

- Register on OTRP (One Time Profile Registration).
- Generate User ID: Add photo, mobile no. and email.
- Login & Apply: Use the User ID to apply for Programmer/Technical Assistant.
- Upload Documents: Educational certificates, PRTC, etc.
- After successful payment, your application will be submitted.
- Also, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission.
- Keep that acknowledgement copy for future use.
