SSF Constable Recruitment
A detailed notification has been released by the Secretariat Security Force (SSF), inviting online applications from eligible Male Indian citizens to fill up vacancies of Constable (Barber & Washerman). These are General Central Service, Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) posts on a temporary basis, likely to be permanent.

SSF Constable Recruitment Selection Process
The SSF Constable selection process is conducted by the Secretariat Security Force. During the selection process, candidates have to go through several stages to evaluate the physical fitness and academic knowledge of the candidates. Applicants must successfully clear each stage to be considered for the final selection.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST): The first stage of the recruitment process is the PET/PST. This stage tests the candidate’s physical fitness. This is only qualifying in nature.

- Trade Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Trade Test to verify their practical skills in the profession of Barber or Washerman.
