SBI Youth Fellowship Process
The application process for the 2025-26 batch is conducted in two stages:
Stage 1: Registration & Online Assessment

- Register Yourself:
- Click on the “Apply Now” button.
- Fill in the registration form with your basic details such as name, email ID, and phone number.
- Submit the form to receive a confirmation email.
- Complete the Online Assessment:
- Log in using your registered credentials.
- Fill out the application form, providing details about your educational background, work experience, and motivation for joining the fellowship.
- Answer the essay questions designed to assess your passion for rural development and problem-solving skills.
- Upload required documents such as your resume and photograph.
- Review all entered information for accuracy and submit your application.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
- The interview panel will evaluate personal qualities, passion for rural development, and suitability for the fellowship beyond academic qualifications.

SBI Youth Fellowship Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Applicants must be between 21 to 32 years old as of the program’s start date, meaning born between August 5, 1993, and October 6, 2004.
- Citizenship: Open to Indian citizens, citizens of Nepal or Bhutan, and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).
- Education: Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree before October 1, 2025.
Stipend and Benefits:
