- Only candidates who retired through superannuation (at age 60) are eligible.
- The following are NOT eligible:
- Voluntary Retirement (VRS)
- Resigned employees
- Suspended employees
Service Record
- Must have an unblemished service record.
- No penalties (Censure or higher) in the last 5 years of service.
- Integrity should not be doubtful at any point.

SBI Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for SBI Resolver has multiple stages. First, candidates are shortlisted based on their experience, knowledge of systems, and professional competence. After that, shortlisted candidates appear for an interview.
- Shortlisting – Based on parameters decided by the Shortlisting Committee. Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee call for interview.
- Interview – Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List – Prepared in descending order of interview scores. In case of tie, older candidates are ranked higher.
Note: No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview. Candidates must attend at their own expense.
