PNB SO Recruitment Selection Process
Selection will be based on an Online Written Test followed by a Personal Interview or only a Personal Interview, depending upon the number of applications received against each post.
Online Written Test (if conducted): Duration of 120 minutes.
- Part I: Reasoning (25 marks), English Language (25 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks).
- Part II: Professional Knowledge (50 questions, 100 marks).
- Negative marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Personal Interview: 50 marks. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks decided by the Bank.
Final selection will be based on aggregate scores in the Professional Knowledge test (Part-I) and Interview.
