Indian Bank Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process involves multiple stages with a detailed marking scheme.
- Screening of Applications (Marks: Officer-40, Clerk-55): Based on age and sports performance/achievements (only performances on or after 02.01.2024 considered).
- Performance in Trials (Marks: Officer-30, Clerk-45): Assessment of Physical Fitness, Speed Endurance, and Game Skill. For Chess, only Game Skill is assessed. Mandatory: All candidates must undergo a Dope Test. A positive result leads to disqualification.
- Interview (Only for Officer Cadre) (Marks: 30): Candidates securing 60% in Trials and at least 50% in each parameter are called for interview.
- Final Merit List: For Officers, marks from all three stages are combined. For Clerks, marks from Screening and Trials are combined.
