DU Recruitment Salary
After getting selected in the recruitment, candidates will receive a salary as per the pay level defined under the 7th Central Pay Commission. The DU post-wise salary table is given below:

DU Recruitment Selection Process
The University of Delhi follows a multi-stage selection process as per UGC norms to shortlist candidates for teaching positions.
- Screening (if applicable): Candidates may be shortlisted based on their academic credentials, research publications, and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview before the Selection Committee.
- Seminar/Presentation (for Professor and Associate Professor): Candidates may be required to deliver a seminar/presentation on their research and teaching experience as part of the selection process.
DU Recruitment Application Fee
Candidates must pay the application fee online through the payment link provided in the application. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid separately for each post applied for.
- Rs.2000/- for UR,
- Rs.1500/- for OBC/EWS category and women applicants.
- Rs.1000/- for SC/ST and
- Rs.500/- for PwBD category.
