The State Level Recruitment Commission – SLRC is preparing to conduct written examinations for the Assam Direct Recruitment. This recruitment initiative by the Government of Assam aims to fill various Class-III and Class-IV vacancies, providing government job opportunities to over one lakh candidates in Assam. The online application process for the second phase of Assam Direct Recruitment was completed between 10th November and 29th December 2023.
Candidates who have submitted their applications for ADRE must participate in the written examination. The admit cards for the ADRE HSSLC Level Examination were released on 2nd September 2024.

Admit card of ADRE
The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has decided to release admit cards gradually for all exams conducted under the Assam Direct Recruitment. In the first phase, the admit cards for the ADRE HSSLC Examination were issued on 2nd September 2024.

Selection Process of Assam Direct Recruitment
Candidates who have submitted their online applications for the Assam Direct Recruitment will participate in a two-phased selection process. In the first phase, candidates will appear in the written examination conducted at various examination centres across the state. Based on their performance in the written examination, shortlisted candidates will be called for the second phase.
The second phase of ADRE consists of various tests according to the category of the posts. Typically, candidates will participate in the Viva-Voce, Interview, or Skill Test as part of the second phase of the selection process. This phase will be held in Guwahati for all candidates.
After completing both phases, the SLRC will issue a merit list based on the candidates’ performance in both phases. Shortlisted candidates will be eligible for the job and will receive appointments in various government departments accordingly.
How to Download Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card ?
Candidates who submitted their online applications for Assam Direct Recruitment 2024 will be able to download their admit cards from the official recruitment portal. They may follow below mentioned steps to download their admit cards.

- Click on the Download Admit Card links.
- Now, an official web portal will load in the new tab of your browser.In that portal, you will get a login form.
- In that form, you will need to enter your Application Number and Password.
- After that click on the Login button.
- Upon successful login, you will find an option to download the admit card.
- Click on the designated option, and proceed to download your admit card.
