Applications from eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk-in Interview posts of Project Assistants under the ICAR Indian Institute of Millets Research IIMR sponsored Project “Extension of Rare Millets and Fodder Sorghum in Tripura through Evaluation of Production Technology, Processing and Value Addition” to be held on 13rd July 2026 at 11.00 AM. at College of Agriculture Tripura. Candidates are to report in the office at 10:00 AM and submit the applications with photo copies of all relevant documents. Original certificates must be produced for verification.

Ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.
• Desirable Qualification: One-year experience in any project related to Agricultural Science.

Understand the Terms and Conditions

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years. Relaxation available for women, SC, ST & OBC candidates as per government norms.
• Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/- per month (fixed).
• Nature of Job: Purely contractual for 6 months, extendable annually based on review and project needs.
• Leave Policy: No earned/medical leave. One casual leave per month allowed.
• No TA/DA: Travel or accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.
