Assam TET Result: Directorate of Secondary Education – DSE already conducted Teachers Eligibility Test cum Recruitment Test on 19th January 2025 for Graduate Teacher and Post Graduate Teacher posts. The TET cum Recruitment Test (TCR) – 2024 was organized for the recruitment of 1487 Post Graduate Teacher Posts and 8230 Graduate Teacher (Arts, Science, Hindi and Sanskrit) Vacancy in various government and provincialized secondary schools across Assam. Accordingly, the results of the Assam GT/ PGT TET Recruitment Test are declared on 30th May 2025 and 23rd June 2025 for PGT and GT posts respectively.
Candidates who appeared and qualified in the Assam TET exam,further shortlisted based on their marks in qualifying exam/s, NCC/ Sports/ Fine Arts and Cultural Activities, document verification, etc to prepare the final merit list. As per latest announcement made HCM Himanta Biswa Sarma, the final results of the Assam GT/ PGT TET recruitment will be declared on 10:30 AM of 17th October 2025.

The Teachers Eligibility Test cum Recruitment Test for Graduate Teachers (GT) and Post-Graduate Teachers (PGT) was conducted on 19th January 2025 in two shifts across nine different districts of Assam. Candidates qualified in Teachers Eligibility Test cum Recruitment Test further screened to prepare final merit list/s based on their performance in qualifying exam/s, NCC/ Sports/ Fine Arts and Cultural Activities, document verification, etc.

Preparation of Assam GT PGT TET Merit List
Preparation of GT PGT Merit list will follow below mentioned criteria.
No of Qualified Candidate: The number of qualified candidates in the TET cum Recruitment Test shall be in the ratio of 1:1 of the vacancies advertised,
Merit List: In case, any post remains vacant after publication of the first Merit List as per the ratio of 1 : 1, then maximum 2 (two) more numbers of Merit List will be published. There shall be separate Merit List Subject-wise in case of Post Graduate Teacher.
Criteria of Merit List: The Merit List shall be prepared in the manner as proposed below:-
The marks secured in the TET cum Recruitment Test by the candidates of a particular subject shall be filtered out from the main list into a separate merit list of the particular subject. Similar process shall be adopted for all other subjects.

All the candidates who appeared on TET cum Recruitment Test, 2024 and qualified in TCR may now check their final result from the official web portal once the same is declared. Candidates have to enter their Application no / Username and Password to check their results and print soft copy marksheet. They may follow below mentioned steps to check their results.
