IPPB Recruitment Criteria
Junior Associate
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India.
- Experience: Level 4,5,6 (Group C & B) with 3 years experience.
Assistant Manager (Scale-I)
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India.
- Experience: Level 7 (5 years experience) & Level 8 (3 years experience)
Important Notes:
- For Junior Associate: Only Department of Post employees in Level 4 are eligible
- For Assistant Manager: Department of Post employees are NOT eligible

- Minimum Age : 20 Years.

IPPB Recruitment Selection Process
The IPPB selection process for 2025 will be based on the following criteria:
- Merit List: Banking outlet-wise merit list will be prepared based on percentage of marks obtained in graduation
- Tie-breaker: In case of equal marks, candidate with earlier date of birth will be selected
- Bank’s Discretion: IPPB reserves right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview
- Document Verification: NOC with vigilance clearance is mandatory
