The Tripura Institution For Transformation – TIFT, operating under the Department of General Administration (Good Governance), Government of Tripura, is inviting applications for various Sector Expert positions. Established to coordinate Good Governance initiatives in Tripura under the guidelines of NITI Aayog, TIFT is seeking dynamic professionals committed to fostering positive change.

TIFT Tripura Recruitment Qualification Details
Full time degree from a recognized institute in the specified sector preferably with research and field experience.
- Agriculture & Allied Sectors (Plant based): B. Tech. or M.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture.
- Social Sector (Health Sector): Master Degree in Public System Management with specialization in Healthcare and Hospital Management or MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management.
- Animal Husbandry Expert: Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V. Sc).
- Industry & Trade Expert: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, preferably specialized in trade and/or industry.
- Environment & Natural Resources Expert: Masters in Environment Science or B. Tech in Environmental Engineering or Biotechnology or Forestry or MBA in Environment Management.
- Technology and Entrepreneurship Expert: B. Tech (preferably in IT/CSE) with Full time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
Desirable: Candidates with a higher degree and published papers in the relevant field would be preferred.
TIFT Tripura Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 (five) years of experience relevant to the job description.
- Preference will be given to persons with work experience in specified sector, implementation of programmes.
- Candidates should also have demonstrated experience relating to leading teams, managing projects, as well as conducting stakeholder engagement.
- The experience of internship/training will not be considered.
- N.B.: A PhD with at least five published papers in renowned journals shall be considered as equivalent to the relevant work experience required.
TIFT Tripura Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge in stakeholder management.
- Human Resource Management, IT enabled work systems.
- Experience in drafting reports and reviewing detailed project reports (DPRs).
- Prior experience with Government, UN agencies and other international organizations is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience related to National/State planning.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Experience in carrying out research and preparing policy briefs.
Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English and preferably State specific language skills and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
Age Limit: Candidates should be below 40 years of age as on the date of advertisement.
